for the purposes set forth in EU Regulation no. 2016/679 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, I hereby inform you that the processing of the personal data supplied by you and acquired by Sport Dolomiti snc, will be subject to treatment in compliance with the regulations provided by the aforementioned Regulation in respect of the consequent rights and obligations and that: a) PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT – the treatment is finalized: 1) to the correct registration, participation and management of the sporting events chosen by her, including all the activities related to the safety obligations, and to the following compilation and publication (limited to name, surname and date of birth) of the relative classifications; 2) use of your personal contact details (Name, Surname and email address) to send you promotions of sports competitions organized in the Italian territory and for commercial promotions on behalf of or directly by the organizing committees, sponsors or promoters of the event. b) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – The treatment is carried out through operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic instruments and consists of the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, interconnection use comparison , blocking, communication, cancellation, and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the owner and by the appointees expressly authorized by the owner. c) PROVISION OF DATA AND REFUSAL – The provision of common and sensitive personal data is mandatory and necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point a), n. 1 and the refusal by the interested party to provide personal data implies the impossibility to fulfill the activity as per point a) n. 1. The provision of common and sensitive personal data is, however, optional with regard to the purposes referred to in point a), n. 2 and the refusal by the interested party does not involve any consequence. d) COMMUNICATION OF DATA – Personal data may only be disclosed to the persons in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point a), no. 1, to external collaborators and in general to all the subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point a), n. 1, including the company providing the software necessary for the purposes referred to in point a), n. 1, for the purposes referred to in point a), n. 2, to external collaborators and in general to all the subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point a), n. 2, including the organizing committees, sponsors or promoters of the promoted events. Personal data are not subject to disclosure except for what concerns name, surname and date of birth which will be contained in the classifications of sporting events in which the interested party will participate and which will be published on the website of the data controller, for a period of 5 years from the date of the event and then removed. e) TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD – personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union or to third countries with respect to those of the European Union or to an international organization, for the purposes set out in point a) . The interested party will be informed whether or not there is a decision on the adequacy of the EU commission. f) DATA STORAGE – The data is stored for the period necessary for the performance of the activity and in any case not more than ten years. g) DATA CONTROLLER – The data controller is Sport Dolomiti snc based in Via Orzes 148, 32100 Belluno (BL), info@sportdolomiti.it h) DATA SUBJECTS – The interested party has the right: • to access, correction, cancellation, limitation and opposition to data processing; • to obtain data from the data controllers in a structured format that is commonly used and readable by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller; • to withdraw the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation; • lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
